Job Role:
The role includes managing the overall architecture and operations of MAF Academies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and innovative learning experiences. Additionally, the Senior Manager will oversee facilitation skills development across the group and partner with Data Analytics to measure, leverage, assess and improve the effectiveness of learning programs within the Academies. This role demands strategic execution, operational management, and a focus on continuous improvement in learning methodologies.

Job Responsibility:
Co-develop the structure and strategic vision for MAF’s internal Academies, including specialized areas such as the Facilitation Skills Academy and Induction Academy, overseeing the operations, curriculum development, and quality assurance, aligning them with organizational goals.
Innovate and design advanced learning programs with business leaders and strategic industry partners, incorporating cutting-edge methodologies and technology to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
Establish and oversee Quality Assurance processes across MAF Group, ensuring consistency and high standards in learning initiatives.
Oversee curriculum delivery quality across MAF Group, aligning them with central defined QA standards, assessing and reviewing regularly content alignment with the latest industry insights and organizational changes.
Design, deliver and monitor train-the-trainer sessions across the group to ensure high-quality facilitation skills for both internal and external faculty.
Lead and facilitate community master facilitation moments, enhancing the learning experience for all participants.
Serve as a key liaison between the Learning Excellence department and various business units (e.g., MAF GS L&D), ensuring that learning initiatives are closely aligned with business strategies and objectives.
Work closely with various stakeholders across MAF to identify critical learning needs and address performance gaps with targeted learning solutions, providing expert advice and recommendations on the design of learning journeys, ensuring they are strategically integrated and impactful.

Requirements:
Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of utilizing data to inform decisions.
Ability to communicate data insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong commitment to continuous learning, willing to explore and master new areas of expertise, particularly in data analysis and application, as business demands evolve.
Minimum 12 years’ experience in learning across the lifecycle from needs analysis to impact measurement.
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing learning academies and/ or faculty.
Proven experience in agile methodologies and a mindset geared towards embracing change.
