Job Role:
The role holder will ensure team rhythm and efficiencies, and implement stringent quality assurance processes, assessing the caliber of learning provided to the MAF ecosystem. The role also entails fostering andragogic research, driving strategic deployment of learning initiatives, and championing data-driven decision-making.

Through thought leadership, accreditation pursuits, and engagement with emerging trends, the role is intended to nurture and establish MAF as a growth learning culture, empowering its workforce and position on the sphere of learning.

Job Responsibility:
Oversee the deployment and meticulous monitoring of group learning initiatives across MAF, perpetually adapting strategies to meet the evolving needs and objectives of the organization.
Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to pinpoint critical learning needs and performance gaps, advocating and implementing tailored learning solutions.
Contribute substantially to thought leadership endeavors by publishing thought-provoking content on learning and embedded concepts.
Advance the vision by actively participating in external relationships, pursuing industry accreditation, and striving for learning awards that reflect MAF’s commitment to excellence.
Provide visionary leadership to the Learning Council Lead, guiding its efforts in aligning learning strategies with the overarching goals and objectives of MAF Group.
Key alignment with MAF’s values and goals. This includes regular evaluations and feedback mechanisms to enhance the quality of faculty contributions to learning initiatives.
Co-lead the design and implementation of high-quality learning excellence opportunities, processes and services, ensuring the adequate testing and piloting of learning solutions before roll-out.
Cultivate a predominantly in-house faculty network and owns the assessment of faculty needs for development, advising on programs to meet identified needs, and assessing effectiveness of programs from attendance, satisfaction, and outcomes.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in applying statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms to solve real-world problems in the context of learning and development.
Experience overseeing the deployment and management of e-learning platforms, content management systems, and online learning tools.
Familiarity with current trends in educational technology and the ability to pilot and adopt new tools and methodologies.
Deep understanding of the intricacies and challenges of change management and the ability to role model resilience in change and operate with a growth mindset.
Minimum 12 years’ experience in learning across the lifecycle from needs analysis to impact measurement.
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing team members across all performance levels and/or complex processes.
