Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering activities across the complete project lifecycle.
- Coordinate engineering scope, schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables.
- Review and approve structural designs for quality, safety, and compliance.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams and customer representatives.
- Support project acquisition by assisting with engineering estimates and feasibility studies.
- Ensure engineering documentation meets project specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate design optimization and system integration activities.
- Participate in technical coordination meetings and resolve engineering challenges.
- Mentor and develop engineering team members while promoting collaboration across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 5–8 years of engineering experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Lead Engineer position.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale engineering projects successfully.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and international design codes.
- Offshore engineering experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
