We are looking to recruit experienced Senior Estimator to work on Major Fit-Out Projects, across Retail and Leisure. Project values are in excess of AED 50m.
We required experienced Senior Estimator , who will perform the following duties:
Site Visits – Visit sites to gather as-built information and assess technical/practical feasibility.
Budget Preparation – Prepare and monitor project budgets in coordination with the Post Contracts Team.
Manufacturing Collaboration – Work with colleagues to improve product quality and profitability.
Risk Assessment – Evaluate risks associated with each project and incorporate them into the overall estimation.
Precontract Estimation – Take care of precontract estimation for in-house and external projects.
Market Analysis – Collaborate with the Procurement team to analyze the market for supply and installation contractors.
Project Handling – Manage interior fit-out projects across various sectors like commercial buildings, hotels, retail, etc.
Team Support – Provide support to the entire estimation team.
Stakeholder Liaison – Liaise with subcontractors, architects, and clients for pre-tender and post-tender meetings.
Technical Leadership – Lead the estimation activities from client meetings to commercial offer submissions.
Software Utilization – Use estimation software for improved accuracy and efficiency.
Reporting – Update management and stakeholders on the status of estimates and challenges.
Benchmarking – Keep track of past projects to create benchmarks for future estimates.
Change Management – Adapt and revise estimates in response to changes in project scope or market conditions.
Vendor Management – Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors for best quotes and terms.

UAE/MOFA Attested Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years work experience as a Estimator working on Joiner/Interiors / Fit-Out Projects, Project Values must be AED 20m +
