Senior Development Manager  Job Opening in Dubai, United Arab Emirates 

As the Senior Development Manager – Automotive Real Estate, you will lead the end-to-end development of automotive real estate projects, from initial concept through to final delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners, including contractors, architects, and key stakeholders. You’ll also be responsible for regulatory compliance, risk management, and reporting, while working closely with departments across Automotive, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, Asset Management, Design, and Project Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic development plans for automotive real estate projects aligned with the broader automotive business strategy.

• Oversee all financial aspects of the development process including budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial performance analysis.

• Create detailed project roadmaps outlining key deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with finance, design, project management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, consultants, and regulatory bodies to support project delivery and long-term success.

• Identify potential risks or challenges in project development and implement effective mitigation strategies.

• Provide senior leadership with regular project updates, highlighting progress, key risks, and actionable opportunities.

• Prepare and present status reports, board packs, and stakeholder communications as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in real estate development across sectors such as commercial, retail, automotive, and industrial.

• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high-value, complex projects.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Deep understanding of the real estate market in Saudi Arabia is essential.

• Experience working within or alongside large corporate real estate and/or automotive organisations is highly desirable.
