Contribute to the development of the three-year strategic planning process.
Engage in companywide initiatives aimed at value creation.
Assist in creating standardized models for Human Capital (HC) planning and analysis across all operating companies/business units.
Aid in the formulation and implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) reporting mechanisms to enhance HC decision support and target setting processes across all business units and countries.
Conduct in-depth analytics on asset-level performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Exceptional communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with a strong presence, poise, and confidence.
Ability to take initiative and exhibit a strong sense of ownership.
