We are looking for a Senior Associate – Talent Management to support and manage Organisation Effectiveness (OE) and Talent Development projects in Dubai. The role involves coordinating strategic HR initiatives, managing project workstreams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within agreed requirements, and in line with business objectives.
The successful candidate will work closely with HR teams, business stakeholders, project sponsors, subject matter experts, and external partners to deliver effective talent management and organisation development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Initiation
- Support the identification and development of strategic Talent Management, Organisation Effectiveness, and Talent Development initiatives.
- Align HR projects with business strategies, departmental priorities, and organisational objectives.
- Assist in defining project objectives, expected outcomes, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Develop project charters and establish clear project plans.
- Define appropriate performance measures and project baselines to track progress and outcomes.
- Identify project stakeholders, including sponsors, subject matter experts, project managers, and project team members.
- Establish clear roles and responsibilities to support efficient project execution.
Project Delivery and Implementation
- Manage assigned project workstreams and deliverables from planning through implementation.
- Support the design, development, and implementation of key HR and talent development initiatives.
- Take ownership of the quality, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain effective project execution.
- Identify project risks, issues, and barriers and support timely resolution or alternative solutions.
- Build collaborative relationships across different departments and stakeholder groups.
- Promote a positive, learning-focused approach that encourages professional development and continuous improvement.
Project Monitoring and Performance
- Track project progress against approved plans, timelines, specifications, and budgets.
- Prepare and communicate project status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Support informed decision-making by providing accurate project information and performance data.
- Monitor key performance indicators and help ensure projects remain aligned with agreed objectives.
- Identify potential delays or risks and support appropriate corrective actions.
Project Closure and Handover
- Support effective change management and communication throughout project implementation.
- Help ensure employees and stakeholders understand and adopt new processes, initiatives, or changes.
- Complete required project closure activities and documentation.
- Facilitate the successful handover of completed projects and deliverables to operational teams where required.
Safety, Quality and Environment
- Follow all applicable safety, quality, environmental, and organisational policies and procedures.
- Support compliance with relevant legislation, internal controls, and company standards.
- Promote a responsible approach to employee safety, quality, and environmental practices.
Decision-Making and Authority
- Work within established organisational policies, procedures, and strategic objectives.
- Exercise professional judgement when managing assigned projects and workstreams.
- Obtain appropriate approvals for projects or decisions that affect other functional areas.
- Operate with general direction while taking ownership of assigned project outcomes and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in Talent Management, Organisation Development, Organisation Effectiveness, or Talent Development is preferred.
- Previous experience in leading HR projects, workstreams, or cross-functional initiatives is desirable.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing projects in a structured business environment.
