Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage appointments, board meetings, and conferences efficiently.
Coordinate executives’ calendars and assist in optimizing their schedules.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as required.
Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and repairs.
Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
Prepare necessary reports, presentations, and documents accurately.
Assist in arranging travel logistics and manage expense reports.
Record minutes during meetings and ensure timely distribution.
Prioritize and manage incoming emails, mail, and other communications.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to enhance office operations.
Attend meetings, documenting proceedings, and maintaining records.
Manage both outgoing and incoming correspondence effectively.
Safeguard confidential documents with utmost security measures.
Ensure meticulous organization of electronic and paper records.
Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned, delivering high-quality outputs.

Candidate Requirements:
Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Demonstrates prior experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
Exhibits strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Displays excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Shows attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and thrive in high-pressure environments.
Maintains a professional and approachable demeanor.
Upholds discretion and confidentiality.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven track record of success as a Secretary.
Advanced proficiency in computer technology, particularly Microsoft Office suite.
