Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Solutions Architect Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end SAP solutions, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA. The role involves defining enterprise solution architectures, providing technical and strategic direction, and supporting complex SAP transformation initiatives.

The SAP Solutions Architect Manager will translate business requirements into scalable, integrated, and cost-effective SAP solutions. The position will also support business proposals, tenders, solution development, and project mobilization while ensuring alignment between architecture design and implementation.

2. Key Responsibilities

SAP Solution Architecture

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end SAP solutions across multiple business functions and industry requirements.
• Define scalable, secure, and integrated solution architectures, with a primary focus on SAP S/4HANA.
• Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive SAP functional and technical solution designs.

SAP Solution Design and Commercial Support

SAP Project Mobilization and Delivery

• Support the transition of approved SAP solutions from architecture design to project mobilization, implementation, and stabilization.

• Provide architectural direction and technical guidance throughout the SAP project lifecycle.
• Review implementation progress and resolve architectural gaps, technical dependencies, and integration risks.

Stakeholder Management and Technical Advisory

• Collaborate with business, technical, commercial, and project delivery stakeholders to understand requirements and business priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor on SAP solution architecture, enterprise applications, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead SAP solution workshops and facilitate discussions on key architectural decisions.
• Provide technical recommendations and influence strategic decisions through effective stakeholder engagement.
• Communicate complex SAP architecture concepts and business value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

SAP Innovation and Technology Leadership

• Evaluate emerging SAP technologies, automation solutions, modern development tools, and artificial intelligence applications.

• Promote modern SAP architecture practices, reusable solution frameworks, and technology standards.

4. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field.

5. Experience

• 6 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in SAP solutions architecture, enterprise application design, SAP implementation, or related technology roles.
