  • Job Responsibilities :
  • Assist and coordinate with user for smooth business operations in executing SAP transactions and wherever applicable walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Will work with the Finance team and supporting SAP Development team to assist as and when required.
  • Actively manage the open incidents in the SAP Support queue and ensure detailed updates, follow-up and resolution and closure
  • Day to day responsibility for data mapping in bespoke SAP tables for interface, job monitoring and rescheduling, assisting business users with the execution of business transactions and month-end close processes.
  • FI/CO Support SAP S4 Hana FI/CO Support Analyst – Primarily L1 level /Secondary L2 Level
    Take ownership of SAP related incidents, manage the incident to closure; involving other teams for Level 2/3 support as required.
  • Ability to analyses incoming Incidents, Service Requests and Change requests and assign them to the appropriate SAP Lead teams
  • Responsible for supporting SAP systems across SAP Finance modules and provide service to the users.
  • Produce interface statistics and support metrics reports to be shared with the business and IT This includes the running of Interfaces, Reconciliations, providing Help desk support and reports.
  • Educations and Experience:
  • Should have knowledge in SAP FI-GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking and Cost Centre Accounting.
  • Familiar with Workflow, Report, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement and Form objects
    Familiarity with incident/ticketing systems for tracking Service Desk tickets
  • Proficiency in English and Excellent communication skills (speaking & writing)
  • Minimum experience of 1 to 3 years in SAP FICO module

Minimum 1-2 years Functional Experience in Finance and Accounting

  • Should be familiar with SAP S4 HANA in supporting incidents at L1 Level (Primary) and L2(Secondary)
  • Must hold minimum of bachelor’s degree in Commerce
