Overview
We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you’ll ensure a high standard of customer service, support daily store operations, and lead by example on the sales floor. You’ll also assist the Department Manager or Store Manager in driving sales performance, maintaining operational excellence, and overseeing store compliance—all while helping the team achieve annual business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining in-depth knowledge of products and procedures.
- Engage with customers professionally, providing tailored advice and assistance across product categories.
Operational Excellence
- Support store management with daily operations including opening, closing, and acting as Duty Manager when required.
- Supervise and troubleshoot issues at the Point of Sale (POS), including training new team members and ensuring smooth transactions.
- Oversee product receiving and display procedures to ensure merchandise is available, well-presented, and store-ready.
- Assist in key store events such as stock counts, new store launches, and promotional activities.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure store adherence to pricing, labelling , and ticketing procedures to minimise loss and improve customer transparency.
- Support store merchandising efforts in line with brand standards to maintain a high-impact visual presentation.
Team Development
- Coach and guide Sales Assistants on company sales and service standards.
- Promote the application of brand merchandising principles to ensure the store maintains a polished and professional image.
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, with a preference for those in supervisory or team-lead roles.
- Background in fashion retail or brand management is highly desirable.
Key Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of sales operations and customer engagement.
- Able to perform physical tasks (some lifting, 8-hour standing shifts).
- Passionate about retail, people, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
