Overview of the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Sales Manager – Power Generators with extensive experience across the GCC and international markets. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in power generation products and export sales, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth, build long-term customer relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team. This role plays a key part in expanding market presence and executing strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including international and export clients.

  • Drive sales and marketing performance across assigned territories, with a strong focus on export markets.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales revenue and profitability targets.

  • Contribute to divisional strategy, budgeting, and annual growth planning.

  • Develop team capability through continuous product training and market knowledge enhancement.

  • Identify sales opportunities, understand customer requirements, and prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.

  • Manage key accounts through regular customer visits, needs analysis, negotiations, and successful deal closures.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to maintain competitive advantage.

  • Travel as required to support regional operations, export markets, and customer engagements.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in power products sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

  • Demonstrated experience in export sales of power generators or related power solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Strong technical knowledge of power generators and power systems.

  • Highly customer-focused with a results-driven and target-oriented approach.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to make strategic decisions and effectively lead and motivate sales teams.
