Selfdrive.ae is hiring confident and engaging Female Sales Executives to manage customer queries and generate leads.

Responsibilities:
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our company database in a comprehensible way
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Full-time, Permanent
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Skills:

Industry-Internet / Ecommerce
Functional Area-ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, Customer Service, Operations
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Proficiency in English
Atleast 1 year Call centre experience is required
Minimum qualification-Any graduate / PG is eligible to apply
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
