The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales of advanced smart building and building automation solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong technical background and proven experience in solution-based sales within the UAE or GCC market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and government sectors.
  • Promote and sell Smart Building solutions, including Building Management Systems (BMS), Home Automation (HA), Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS), Lighting Control Systems (LCS), and EV Charging Solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, system integrators, and end users.
  • Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions in collaboration with engineering and estimation teams.
  • Negotiate project terms, monitor sales opportunities, and support contract finalization.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and pipeline updates using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging smart building technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Smart Building Systems or Building Automation within the UAE or GCC.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), Home Automation (HA), Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS), Lighting Control Systems (LCS), and EV Charging Solutions.
  • Strong understanding of technical sales, tendering, techno-commercial proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and deliver tailored technical solutions.
  • UAE driving licence and local market experience are considered an advantage.
