Job Role:
The job holder is a result-oriented sales engineer with good experience in marine industry and / or power products who will be responsible to achieve the required KPI’s in the assigned area, and is having a cross functional activities with the aftersales team as well as logistics & finance team.

Job Responsibility:
Be active in the market and proactively making visits, meetings and interactions to customers including shipyards, fleet owners and end users.
Build up and maintain strong relationship with customers and provide ongoing support and assistance.
Stay up to date with regional project, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Drives sales, achieving sales and profit target for the assigned areas and products
Prepare detailed proposals, including technical specifications and commercial terms
Identify new leads in the marine & power products industry and convert them into real business opportunities

Required skills to be successful:
Valid UAE driving license
Strategic thinking skills
Planning and organizing
Good communicator in English; Arabic an advantage
Sound technical knowledge in marine / power generators

Must have technical & sales knowledge in Diesel engines / power generators / marine industry
Excellent Communication, negotiating, presentation and business skills.
Min. 5 years’ experience in sales of diesel engines, power generation, marine industry with at least 2 years in GCC
Bachelors or equivalent in Mechanical / Marine or related field
