The ICT Sales Engineer (BFSI & Retail) is a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic engagement with large-scale organizations in the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), and Retail sectors. The position focuses on identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities by understanding client technology needs and delivering tailored ICT solutions aligned with their strategic goals. This includes fostering long-term customer relationships, negotiating contracts, closing sales, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Role Responsibilities
- As an ICT Sales Engineer (BFSI & Retail), you will play a critical role in driving sales and ensuring client satisfaction by focusing on the following:
- Key Deliverables
1. Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition - Consistently identify and qualify high-value leads for ICT products and services, targeting enterprise-level accounts in BFSI and Retail sectors.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline with a minimum of [number] qualified leads per quarter, contributing to consistent business growth.
2. Relationship Management - Build and nurture strategic relationships with high-value clients across telecom, government, and retail sectors.
