The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and promoting fire stopping and fireproofing solutions for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets for fire stopping and fireproofing solutions.
- Identify new construction projects and generate qualified leads through market research, networking, and client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, MEP companies, steel contractors, and other key industry partners.
- Promote fire stopping and fireproofing products through client meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and project site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fire protection solutions based on project specifications.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions in accordance with client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and project agreements while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, operations, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Provide technical guidance on product selection, installation methods, and system applications.
- Monitor project progress and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, forecasts, and activity reports using company reporting systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or project sales within the fire stopping, fireproofing, passive fire protection, or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of fire stopping systems, fireproofing materials, and passive fire protection applications.
- Knowledge of construction project cycles, subcontracting processes, and tender management.
- Ability to interpret project specifications, engineering drawings, and technical documents.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with strong business development and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
