Job Role:

As a Sales Consultant for AFM Commercial Vehicles, specializing in Hino Trucks, you will play a pivotal role in driving and exceeding targeted sales while elevating the overall customer service experience. This dynamic position requires a strategic approach

Job Responsibilities:
Work strategically to facilitate deal closures.
Achieve/exceed monthly and annual sales targets with a focus on maximizing business profitability.

Customer Interaction and Satisfaction:
Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
Conduct regular customer and field visits to assess business requirements.
Demonstrate trucks, explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features.
Offer test drives and articulate warranties and services to enhance customer understanding.

Territory Management:
Continuous Learning and Collaboration:

Attend all sales meetings, modular training sessions, and refresher courses to stay updated on new products.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager/Branch Manager, ensuring any additional training needs are communicated.
Proactively contact prospective customers and assigned accounts within the designated territory.

Required skills:
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively to close deals.
Customer Service Excellence: Strong customer service skills with a commitment to satisfaction.
Communication and Influencing: Effective communicator with strong influencing skills.
Experience: Over 6 years of proven success in a sales role at a Commercial Vehicle dealership.
Analytical Proficiency: Strong quantitative and analytical skills with PC proficiency.
Language Skills: Fluent in English, with Arabic as an advantage.
