Job Roles:
The role manages corporate partnerships and sponsorship. The key objective is to support the Head of Partnerships with establishing the sales strategy while maintaining clients and/or partners, while generating new leads and business opportunities.

Job Responsibility:
To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: Sponsorships and/or Partnerships Experience: Proven experience in managing successful sponsorships and partnerships.
Track Record of Managing Sponsorship or Partnership Accounts: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and grow high-value accounts, exceeding revenue targets.
Target Driven: Reviews sales performance on a monthly basis to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
Team Management: Experience in managing direct reports.
Account Management: Manages portfolio of key accounts and ensures retention and focuses on revenue generation.
Business Development: Identify and explore new revenue-generating opportunities within our current portfolio of clients, leveraging your expertise to maximize returns.
Partnership Expansion: Develop and onboard new partnerships to expand our client base, building upon our current successes.
Stakeholder Management: Manage and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Job Requirement:
Articulated Thought Process: The capability to communicate ideas and strategies clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
Technical: Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, which are necessary for the creation of visually, and verbally engaging reports and presentations for management, external partners, sales personnel, collaborating personnel, and stakeholders.
Team Management: show strong leadership characteristics.
Strong Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data, market trends, and opportunities critically.
Problem Solving: Proven ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
Financial and Pricing Acumen: Proficiency in financial analysis and pricing strategy to optimize revenue. Express reasonable numeracy skills.
