- Provide store management cover and support store operations in the absence of the Store Manager when required.

POS and Staff Training
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Train new employees on POS procedures and store processes.
- Support corrective actions and ensure POS procedures are followed correctly.
- Assist colleagues with operational requirements when required.
Store Standards and Operational Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, presentation, and organisation.
- Ensure products and customer-facing areas are presented according to company standards.
- Follow established pricing and ticketing procedures to minimise errors and protect the business from pricing-related losses.
- Maintain a clean and organised cash wrap area.
- Provide efficient service at the cash wrap and support smooth customer transactions.
- Attend store meetings, training sessions, and related company functions.
- Perform housekeeping and other store duties as required.
