Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse / Laser Technician, you will:
- Deliver professional nursing care while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Perform laser treatments according to approved clinical protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
- Educate patients about treatment procedures, expected results, aftercare instructions, and possible side effects.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after laser procedures to ensure proper recovery and follow-up care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment while following infection prevention standards.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Operate and maintain laser equipment according to safety regulations and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all clinical equipment is functioning properly.
- Keep accurate and confidential patient records, treatment documentation, and medical reports.
- Follow all healthcare regulations, quality standards, and organizational policies.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Registered Nurse Licence.
- Valid DHA Laser Technician Licence (Dual licence is mandatory).
- Certification in Laser Applications.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience performing laser treatments in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic.
- Experience with laser technologies such as ND:YAG, Alexandrite, and Q-Switched lasers is an advantage.
