HealthHub, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse to join its new outpatient clinic in Dubailand, Dubai.
The successful candidate will support physicians and patients by delivering safe, effective, and patient-centred nursing care. The role involves patient assessment, clinical procedures, medication administration, patient education, and accurate clinical documentation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a DHA-licensed or DHA-eligible nurse with at least two years of clinical experience who wants to develop their career in a modern outpatient healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in a busy outpatient clinic.
Assist physicians during consultations, examinations, and clinical procedures.
Assess patients and accurately record vital signs and clinical observations.
Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
Coordinate patient care and support smooth clinic operations.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and electronic medical records.
Ensure patients receive a professional, supportive, and positive healthcare experience.
Clinical Nursing Duties
Perform venepuncture and blood sample collection.
Carry out IV cannulation and support intravenous therapy.
Prepare patients for diagnostic examinations and clinical procedures.
Assist physicians with outpatient treatments and procedures.
Administer medications and nursing treatments within the authorised scope of practice.
Maintain accurate records of all nursing procedures and patient care activities.
Patient Safety and Quality Standards
Maintain high standards of clinical care and patient safety.
Follow DHA regulations and HealthHub clinical policies and procedures.
Comply with infection prevention and control guidelines.
Protect patient privacy and maintain strict confidentiality.
Follow medication safety and clinical practice standards.
Participate in continuing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
Registered Nurse Job Requirements in Dubai
Candidates applying for this Registered Nurse position at HealthHub should meet the following requirements:
DHA Registered Nurse licence or DHA Eligibility Letter.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
Previous experience in an outpatient clinic, medical centre, ambulatory care facility, or hospital.
Strong patient-care, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English.
Good computer skills and experience maintaining electronic clinical records.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Ability to commute daily to the HealthHub clinic in Dubailand, Dubai.
Preferred Experience and Skills
The following qualifications and skills will be an advantage:
Experience in outpatient care, primary healthcare, or Family Medicine.
Strong practical skills in venepuncture and IV cannulation.
Experience supporting physicians across different medical specialties.
Ability to care for patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Knowledge of Tagalog as an additional language.
