The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide professional clinical and aesthetic nursing support within a medical clinic environment. The role involves assisting doctors during aesthetic and minor surgical procedures, preparing treatment rooms, maintaining clinical hygiene standards, monitoring patients, and ensuring accurate medical documentation.
The successful candidate will contribute to a safe, organized, and patient-focused environment while supporting efficient day-to-day clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians and medical specialists during aesthetic and minor surgical procedures, including Botox, dermal fillers, PRP treatments, and thread lift procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all required medical supplies, instruments, and equipment are available before procedures.
- Maintain high standards of clinical hygiene, infection prevention, and treatment-room cleanliness.
- Ensure medical instruments are appropriately sterilized and clinical equipment is clean, functional, and ready for use.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures and promptly communicate any concerns to the responsible medical professional.
- Provide appropriate nursing support to help maintain patient safety, comfort, and privacy throughout treatments.
- Maintain and update accurate patient medical records in accordance with clinic procedures and applicable requirements.
- Capture and organize pre-treatment and post-treatment patient photographs when required for clinical documentation.
- Support physicians and clinical teams during operating-room and minor surgical procedures.
- Operate and manage the G5 machine as required and in accordance with applicable clinical protocols and training.
- Check treatment areas before and after procedures to ensure they meet required safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with preparation, organization, and replenishment of clinical supplies.
- Follow established nursing procedures, infection-control practices, safety protocols, and clinic policies.
- Support smooth coordination between nurses, doctors, patients, and other clinic team members.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and handle medical information responsibly.
- Contribute to an efficient and professional patient experience throughout the treatment journey.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 2–4 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably within aesthetic clinics, dermatology, cosmetic medicine, or surgical environments.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent recognized nursing qualification.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license as required for professional practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
- Additional certification or training in aesthetic nursing or cosmetic procedures is preferred.
- Practical experience supporting aesthetic treatments or minor surgical procedures is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of clinical hygiene, infection prevention, patient safety, and medical documentation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Professional, patient-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
