Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing and personal care services to VIP patients in their homes
  • Create a compassionate and supportive environment, offering emotional, psychological, and spiritual care to patients and their families
  • Promote patient independence by setting care goals and educating patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care practices
  • Ensure excellence in care delivery by adhering to clinical standards, therapeutic protocols, and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide holistic and patient-focused care
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date patient documentation
  • Comply with infection control policies, medication administration guidelines, and safety regulations
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care plans
  • Respond effectively to emergencies and manage assigned caseloads, including interpretation of diagnostic results

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • DHA License or Eligibility as a Registered Nurse (mandatory)
  • BLS Certification (mandatory); ACLS/PALS preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in an accredited healthcare facility
  • Prior nursing experience in one or more of the following regions:
    • European Union (EU)
    • United States of America (USA)
    • South Africa
    • Australia
    • New Zealand
  • Fluency in English (spoken, written, and read); Arabic is an advantage
  • Strong computer literacy and clinical documentation skills
  • Proven experience in managing acute and chronic conditions (e.g., respiratory, cardiac, diabetes)
  • Hands-on expertise in wound care, IV administration, patient assessments, and emergency response
