In the position of Regional Sales Support Specialist, based in Dubai, you will report to our Regional Sales Leader for Fire Detection Products. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive commercial and logistical support to our Frontline Sellers, as well as internal assistance to our inside sales team.
Required:
- Possess strong analytical skills with a proven record of efficiently resolving sophisticated issues
- Preferred
- Consistent record in providing support to customers in the Middle East region
- Proficient in crafting presentation packs for sales using PowerPoint and MS Office
- Experience or curiosity about finance-related tasks, particularly in handling account receivables
Outstanding proficiency in both verbal and written communication in English. - Bachelors degree or equivalent degree in electrical engineering, sales, or marketing
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service position
- Display an ambitious and collaborative personality, growing in team environments
- Inherently self-motivated, displaying a proactive and new way to problem-solving
- Sound technical knowledge and understanding of fire detection systems
