Looking a reliable and customer-focused Receptionist to join our automotive garage team full-time. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth operations within the garage. - Roles:
Handle payment processing and maintain cash register accuracy. - Keep the reception area organized and tidy.
- Assist in managing parts inventory and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with the garage team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the garage.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer information.
- Provide information about our garage services and pricing to customers.
- Coordinate with mechanics and technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Assist customers with inquiries, service updates, and vehicle pickup.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work weekdays and occasional weekends.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes is a plus.
- Availability to work 6 days a week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus. - Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role in the automotive industry in UAE.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive or mechanical setting.
- Passion for automobiles and basic understanding of automotive terminology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with appointment scheduling software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
