Key Responsibilities of a Quality Controller

- Identify defects, paint imperfections, body repair issues, and other quality concerns before vehicle release.
- Investigate repeat repair cases, identify possible root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Work closely with painters, panel beaters, automotive technicians, and workshop supervisors to improve workmanship.
- Provide technical guidance and feedback to workshop teams regarding repair quality and inspection findings.
- Prepare and maintain accurate quality inspection reports and repeat repair analysis records.

- Help ensure vehicles are released only after required quality checks have been completed.
