Job Details:
This requires ensuring that each function has a QA team member who reports to this role and collaborates with the team member within his designated function to create Quality plans, implement Quality Control measures, and establish appropriate action plans to address Quality Incidents.
The purpose of the Quality Assurance position is to oversee Quality Assurance (QA) teams in each of MAF-GS’s functions, including Finance, Human Capital, Government Relations, and Procurement.


Communicating Quality Performance Data And Trends To Executive Leadership And Other Stakeholders
Provide Lean Six Sigma Training, Such As Yellow Belt & Green Belt.
Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure That Quality Standards Are Met Throughout The Organization
Developing And Implementing A Comprehensive Quality Management System,Developing And Implementing Quality Assurance Policies And Procedures.
Establishing Quality Goals And Targets For The Organization, And Tracking Progress Towards Those Goals.
Gathering, Mining, And Analyzing Data To Identify Process Inefficiencies, Wastes, And Improvement Opportunities Using Lean Six Sigma Or Similar Process Improvement And Problem-Solving Tools
Maintaining And Monitoring Key Performance Metrics Using Dashboards For Monitoring Progress, Achievements, And Business Results
Communicating Quality Performance Data And Trends To Executive Leadership And Other Stakeholders.

Educations and Skills:
Graduate Degree In Business, Finance Or Accounting
Accredited Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Is A Must, With On Hand Working Knowledge With Six Sigma Tools Like Minitab Etc.
Completer-Finisher Who Takes Accountability For Ideas From Inception To Delivery, In An Environment That Requires Robust Metrics To Confirm The Success
Shared Service Background Is A Plus
Overall Experience, 7-10+ Years Of Experience In Service Industry
5+ Years Of Experience In A Proven Continuous Improvement/Quality Assurance Role I.E., Analytical Experience From A Similar Role /Business Excellence Under Bpo / Project Management And Business Analysis
