Job Role:
As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards in our properties, we are entrusting responsibility on the Quality Assurance (QA) Manager for the Private Properties. Below are the details of the position, outline responsibilities, qualifications needed for the role, and the expectations from the role.

Job Responsibility:
Quality Standards Development:

Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance policies and procedures.

Audits and Inspections:

Lead the team in conducting regular quality audits and site inspections.

Coordination and Communication:

Work closely with project teams to ensure quality objectives are met and effectively communicate quality expectations.

Document Review and Feedback:

Review technical documents and provide constructive feedback to improve quality.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor the QA team, identifying training needs and opportunities for growth.

Complaints and Non-Conformance:

Investigate issues, develop corrective actions, and ensure continuous improvement

Data Management:

Collect, analyze, and report on quality data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

ISO Certification Management:

Lead the initiative to obtain and maintain ISO certifications relevant to our industry, such as ISO 9001 for Quality Management Systems and ISO 14001 for Environmental Management, ISO 45001 for Health and Safety Management System, and ISO 41001 for Facility Management System.

Technical Standards Enforcement:

Ensure that all construction and facility management projects meet technical standards and specifications, including structural integrity, materials quality, and engineering practices

Required Skills:
Good verbal skills (Read and Write both in English)

Proficiency in relevant software and QA tools.

What qualifies you for the role
Minimum qualification
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering is preferred).

Certifications:
Ideally, you hold certifications such as ASQ-CMQ, CQA or CQE
ISO 9001:2015 and IRCA registration as QMS Lead Auditor.
