Job Role:
The primary focus of the role will be to develop and support process expertise on logistics business processes encompassing freight, warehouse, finished vehicles, general transport, passenger transport and relocations.

Job Responsibility:
Conduct a process mapping exercise across logistics operations in collaboration with subject matter experts
Document the process flow and detailed standard operating procedures & E-Learning. Implement SOPs across the functions and ensure regular reviews of the process for necessary updates
Continuous review of front-end business and core processes to identify opportunities for digitization and implementing changes in operations to make it more efficient, effective whilst strengthening the risk management and compliance
Define, manage checks and measure processes for ensuring adherence to operating standards
Baselining using data and analyze and demonstrate quantifiable improvements in performance, productivity, revenue, cost, utilization or quality
Identify and inform management of process efficiency opportunities and propose solutions
Devise training and development plans for associates relating to quality assurance compliance and new regulations and logistics functional workstreams
Create training guidelines and demo trainings for customers and associates
Accountable for overarching framework design for how operating processes are captured, reviewed and deployed, creating an efficient delivery pipeline that engages people throughout each stage to drive buy in and accountability
Facilitated strategic planning to determine macro and micro-SWOT analysis, devise long-term & short-term goals, define objectives, roadmaps and KPIs based on the organization’s strategic directions.
Implement the metrics and manage the performance non-conformities
Facilitate the business functions to define objective aligned with ISO and set goals and targets that measure and deliver quality

Required skills:
Well versed in Power BI, Power App and Power Automate
Microsoft certified in Alteryx, Azure, Dataverse
A Data Science or Computer Engineering University Degree is preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ overall experience in a multinational environment in logistics, manufacturing or food industry

About the team
Reporting to the Head of Customer Solutions, Marketing and Quality and will support the logistics business such as freight, warehouse, finished vehicles, general transport, passenger transport and relocations.

Experience and Education:
Analytical, Process oriented, good communication skills, exposure technological automations or super user with knowledge in SAP/ Cargowise inbound and outbound process.
The job holder should have strong documentation ability in development of policies and procedures.
Ability to learn new technologies
Highly skilled in operational process planning and execution, with clear examples of leading operational teams in the planning and delivery of continuous improvement backlogs (+ training functions desirable)
Commercial acumen, clear strategic thinking and ability to create buy-in and influence all work levels (senior stakeholders and operations cross functional teams)
