Schedule, provide inputs and minute Management Review Meetings every year
Support process owners in conducting Root Cause Analysis, and in identifying and implementing Corrective Action(s) for system non-conformances
Participate in evaluating the effectiveness of Corrective Actions
Preparation of SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) for product non-conformances and follow-up till closure through Purchasing Dept.
Monitor supplier performance.
Audit and close Project Files
To highlight improvements & suggestions related to quality and productivity.
Control and maintain up-to-date master log of documents and forms
To monitor overall Quality Assurance activities.
Supplier quality improvement programs.
NCR, SCAR handling.
Ensuring compliance of all Processes to Quality System Procedure requirements
Monitor and ensure that Quality Objective Analysis is conducted for all processes at fixed intervals.
Monitor achievement of targets of Quality Objectives and conduct Root Cause Analysis for targets not achieved
Raise observations/ NCRs related to any identified non-conformances or errors related to Product / Processes compliance.
Plan, schedule and conduct internal audits
Desired Candidate Profile
ISO 9001 / AS 9100 QMS Lead Auditor
Experience and knowledge in FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Actions effectiveness assessment
Candidates should be from Automotive Industry
Minimum Engineering Degree
Minimum 3 yrs experience in similar field
