Handle all digital services or platforms provided by various Government departments.
Monitor contract, visa and Emirates ID expiries of employees and make necessary precautions to renew without incurring fines.
Provide labour law expertise while staying abreast of the changes in the labour laws and regulations.
Act as a primary contact for all government and regulatory authorities in UAE.
Liaise with Immigration department for visa formalities.
Manage documentation related to various Government departments .
Process application for cancellation related to labour contracts, work permits and residency visas.
Coordinating with third party service providers.
Candidate profile:
Good communication skill in English and Arabic (oral & written).
Proficiency in MS office.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws.
In-depth knowledge of UAE government regulations, procedures, and documentation.
Strong organizational skills
