Preparation/ review of project construction schedules
Submission of Request for Information to clients
Coordinating meetings, scheduling updates, submitting deliverables and addressing outstanding ‘open items’ as requested by clients
Must be self-driven and have the ability to stay on-task for extended periods of time
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Project is required.
Technical and contractual management of Automation projects from Design to Construction stage
Lead the System Engineering/ Design team for Automation projects
Preparation of look-ahead documents and weekly, monthly progress reports and billing information
Reviewing and monitoring project costs versus budgets
Reporting to management team
Work with Quantity Surveyor of project for timely certification of Payment applications
Coordination with other stakeholders in the project
Other duties as assigned
Understand and comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards, if applicable
Candidate Profile:
Must have Project cost control abilities
Must be a team player and be able to work with various partners from start to finish
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics or Transportation with PMP Certification, or related field is preferred
