Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled ELV Security Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of security solutions projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) security system implementations—including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems. This role requires strong project management capabilities, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead ELV security projects from planning through commissioning and handover, ensuring alignment with project scope, timeline, and budget.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk mitigation strategies tailored to ELV security systems.

Manage procurement processes for ELV equipment, negotiating with suppliers to secure cost-effective and timely delivery aligned with project specs.

Conduct routine site inspections and lead progress meetings to identify, escalate, and resolve technical or logistical issues proactively.

Track and manage project budgets meticulously, implement cost-control measures, and ensure optimal use of resources.

Coordinate with engineering, installation, and commissioning teams, as well as subcontractors and consultants, to ensure seamless execution.

Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to management and clients, outlining progress, key milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.

Ensure compliance with applicable industry codes, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols throughout ELV project implementation.

Oversee system commissioning, conduct functionality checks, train end-users, and ensure delivery of complete documentation.

Continuously refine and improve project management methodologies to enhance overall performance in delivering ELV security solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on project management experience in ELV security systems, with a solid track record of delivering complex projects.

Proven expertise in security solutions such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and intrusion detection systems.

Strong knowledge of relevant standards and codes (e.g., NFPA, IEC, and local regulatory requirements).

Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, and related tracking systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
