The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering digital initiatives, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects within scope, on time, and within budget

Minimum 5 Years of Project Management Experience & minimum 3-4 years in managing software projects

- Roles:
- Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and issues that may arise during the project.
- Collaborate closely with customers, providing sales support to ensure satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Effectively manage cross-functional teams, including process re-engineering, UX/UI, development, and implementation consultants.
- Lead and manage project delivery to ensure successful project outcomes.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Develop and manage the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with team members, ensuring alignment with the project’s budget and schedule.
- Track project milestones and timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks in a timely manner.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget, adhering to change management processes.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope and identify potential crises.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.
- Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage and collaborate with remote teams, Vendors, Business Analysts,
- Development teams, QA, and solution architects.
- Set and manage expectations with stakeholders, ensuring they are informed about project progress and any changes
- Ready to work in any GCC Counties or any location as desired by the reporting line manager.
- Previous experience as Project Manager
- Project Management Professional certification (Scrum or PMP) or equivalent experience
A degree in IT / Computer Science - Should have Vendor management, client and SDLC project delivery experience.
- He should be results-oriented, commercially minded and someone who can make an impact very quickly.
- Good Business Analysis skills
- Excellent knowledge of technologies such as HTML5, CSS, ASP.NET, C#, Webmail, Visual Studio,
- REACT, Angular JS, ADO.NET, MVC architecture and MS SQL Server.
- Business Process Management (BPM) Tools experience would be an added advantage.
