Key Responsibilities
- Support project documentation and handover activities from the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and organized project records, schedules, and updates.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, factory, and other internal departments.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of key milestones.
- Follow up with design teams regarding approvals and project requirements.
- Track project risks, issues, and delays and escalate concerns when required.
- Support Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) preparation and factory delivery schedules.
- Coordinate customer requirements related to documentation and testing arrangements.
- Follow up on documents required for invoicing and financial approvals.
- Attend project meetings and monitor pending actions and deliverables.
- Prepare periodic project progress reports and highlight deviations.
- Support project teams in resolving administrative and logistical challenges.
- Follow company policies, procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve project processes and introduce efficient working practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of project management principles and engineering best practices.
- Understanding of budgeting, risk management, and project resource management.
- Good organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
