Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor the performance of production machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate machine setup, adjustments, and production changeovers.
- Work closely with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues quickly.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor production processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Review operational performance and prepare reports for management.
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to maintain a productive work environment.
- Assign tasks effectively and monitor team performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and industry regulations.
- Promote workplace safety by ensuring all employees follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Additional certifications related to industrial production or manufacturing are an advantage.
Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial production.
- Previous experience supervising production teams and equipment operations is preferred.
