Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor production equipment to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure machinery is properly prepared and configured before production begins.
- Coordinate production schedules to meet operational targets.
Equipment Maintenance
- Monitor the condition and performance of production machinery.
- Identify equipment issues and coordinate timely maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Work closely with maintenance teams to resolve mechanical and electrical problems.
- Support preventive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability.
Process Improvement
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality and operational efficiency.
- Recommend improvements that help reduce waste, increase productivity, and optimize workflow.
- Review production performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure production activities comply with company standards and quality requirements.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and guide production staff during daily operations.
- Assign tasks based on production priorities and workforce capabilities.
- Provide coaching, on-the-job training, and performance support to team members.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all production activities follow company quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Encourage safe working practices across the production area.
- Follow company policies, operational procedures, and work instructions.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare regular reports on production performance and operational progress.
- Report equipment issues, production delays, and operational challenges to management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support efficient production planning and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Additional technical certifications will be considered an advantage.
Experience
- 6 to 10 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
- Previous experience supervising production teams is preferred.
- Experience working with production machinery and industrial equipment is highly desirable.
