Job Details:
Deep understanding of competition in Markets. (Market Volume, M/S, price competition, Channel breakdown etc.)
Supporting Subsidiaries for marketing strategy and creating a common marketing vision
Deep understanding of P&L management and Supporting P&L Management of subsidiaries
Demand planning follow-up, PSI tracking
Management Presentation preparations
Represent the AC team to cross-functional groups including Marketing
To manage Product line, Product development, compliance with country regulations, perform marketing & promotion activities and analyze market data for Samsung’s Air conditioning in the MENA region.
Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses.
Manage product compliance against current/upcoming country regulations for each country in the dedicated region.
Working closely with AC SE team, AC sales team, MENA marketing and CS teams and aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product
Collect data from Samsung systems (GSCM etc) and from subsidiaries to analyze and report.
Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap with AC Head
Highlight the product lineup gaps for each country and present encounter measurement to address factory for product development.
Gather, manage and prioritize market/customer requirements.
Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
Updating AC Head on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
Managing and coordinating marketing and creative materials including localization of global marketing tools
Lead market research efforts and surveys
Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies in line with MENA Creative & Corp. Marketing Teams
Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns together with subsidiaries
Analyze data to evaluate the success of subsidiaries marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing.

Able to foster relationships with Internal and regional stakeholders in order to be able to achieve goals.
Qualifications (Experience, Education, Licensure & language skills)
Strong experience in Product management, marketing and supply chain management
Excellent Presentation and training skills (PowerPoint is a must)
Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
10 years of experience in product management and marketing
Bachelor degree or post-graduate degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering/ Business administration / or any study related to the job requirements.
