The role of Pricing Specialist for META Partners, you will help steer Pricing KPIs in partner markets in terms of results/ outcomes (e.g., SPP, SPM) and drivers/ levers (e.g., NSP, pricing conditions). You will also implement key pricing related initiatives in partner markets (e.g., Price Agreement review, BRD) and manage current pricing processes to improve productivity (e.g., overwrites management, list price increase, cordless portfolio pricing, etc.).
You will proactively identify opportunities to sustainably create value through pricing and highlight pricing-related business issues through SPC optimization, Price Agreement optimization, NSP and Profitability Steering with sales & PLS team.

You will be instrumental in creating alignment and managing the relationship with key pricing stakeholders across the Region (e.g., PLS, Sales, Finance, Partner GMs, Regional Pricing Team, etc.).

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
Capable of quickly developing a sound understanding of Hilti Business model, strategy and the organization structure
Ability to proactively identify, analyze and provide adequate information to stakeholders
A Bachelor’s degree in relevant business related topics (e.g. BBA, Marketing, Finance/ Accounting, Economics) or Engineering
2-4 consecutive years of experience working in Marketing, Finance, or Sales roles, with proven ability to consistently meet performance targets. Sales experience is an advantage.
Strong effective communication & proficiency in English (oral and written) and analytical skills
Enjoy engaging with stakeholders across different functions, hierarchy levels and cultural backgrounds.
