Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Photographer to join our Group Corporate Communications Team. This role plays a vital part in defining and upholding the visual identity of our brand through compelling photography and occasional videography. From capturing high-impact corporate moments to delivering engaging social media visuals, you’ll help shape how our organisation is perceived across all digital and physical platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, capture, and edit high-quality photographs for a range of internal and external uses, including:
    • Internal events and celebrations
    • Product launches and exhibitions
    • Leadership meetings, official signings, and MOU ceremonies
  • Support broader visual content needs across various business units and brands, based on calendar availability.
  • Record video content as needed for corporate and social use, including:
    • Event snippets and behind-the-scenes footage
    • B-roll and short-form videos optimised for social media
    • Basic interview and voiceover recordings with audio checks
  • Ensure all visual content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and corporate identity.
  • Serve as a visual brand guardian, helping establish and refine a cohesive photographic and video style across the group.
  • Edit photos and videos using Adobe Creative Suite, maintaining a consistent standard of visual quality and aesthetic.
  • Adapt visuals for various digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), ensuring optimal formatting and storytelling.
  • Maintain photography and videography equipment in good working condition, and ensure readiness for assignments.
  • Archive and catalogue visual assets for future reference and easy access.
  • Collaborate closely with design, digital, and content teams to ensure creative alignment and messaging consistency.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong technical skills in photography and post-production, particularly with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • A sharp eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
  • Ability to work across a variety of photography styles – from candid event captures to formal portraiture
  • Experience with basic video shooting and editing is a plus
  • Understanding of social media content formats and the ability to tailor visuals accordingly
  • Self-driven, organised, and capable of managing multiple assignments with tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to work during evenings or weekends as required for event coverage

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional photography experience, ideally within a corporate, media, agency, or in-house creative setting
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality visual content for brand, marketing, or communication purposes
  • A strong portfolio that includes event photography, portraits, and brand storytelling
