Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) products.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, fostering relationships with prospective clients.
Offer comprehensive product knowledge and technical expertise to assist customers in their decision-making process.
Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to devise compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
Actively participate in industry events and trade shows to expand networks and showcase products.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, generating regular reports for management review.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Uphold customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any inquiries, concerns, or complaints.
Conduct training sessions for clients to educate them on the proper use and maintenance of PPE products.
Note: The job entails developing and executing sales strategies for PPE products, identifying new business opportunities, providing technical expertise to customers, negotiating contracts, collaborating with the marketing team, attending industry events, tracking sales performance, staying updated on industry trends, ensuring customer satisfaction, and conducting client training sessions.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
3-5 years of proven experience in sales, specifically within the PPE or building materials sector.
Proficient understanding of PPE products and adherence to industry standards.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Demonstrated physical fitness to showcase the proper utilization of PPE products effectively.
Note: Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, along with 3-5 years of sales experience in either the PPE or building materials industry. Strong technical knowledge of PPE products, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and physical fitness to demonstrate proper PPE usage are essential attributes for success in this role.
