Job Role:

As the Parts Sales Representative at FAMCO DIP, you will lead the parts counter operations, ensuring efficient, customer-focused parts sales to meet client demands and uphold our commitment to service excellence.

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate quotations, sales orders, and application of customer discounts in alignment with standard operating procedures.
Proactively manage Parts back-orders, keeping customers informed and ensuring on-time delivery.
Oversee Warehouse Management and Operations.
Address customer complaints promptly, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Achieve Parts sales targets and foster sales volume growth in your designated area.
Responsively handle customer inquiries and assist them in selecting the necessary Parts and Accessories efficiently.

Required skills:
Effective Communication: Strong ability to communicate with both customers and company personnel in a clear and engaging manner.
Relationship Building: Skilled in building and maintaining warm and friendly relationships with customers.
Computer Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office products and familiar with the Parts section of the Dealership Management System. Ability to use various computer applications to support operations.

A minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in automotive or equipment spare parts, particularly in Heavy Commercial Vehicles, industrial products, and Construction Equipment.

Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of our products or services, enabling effective communication and recommendations to clients.
