Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Senior Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and on-premise solutions. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle environments while ensuring high standards of quality, performance, security, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and delivery of complex OCI and on-premise Oracle solutions, ensuring successful implementation and client outcomes.

Perform detailed technical assessments and provide strategic recommendations to enhance performance, security, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Design and implement resilient Oracle database architectures, including high availability, disaster recovery, and data integration solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues, conducting root cause analysis and providing expert-level support.

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and operational procedures.

Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver projects successfully.

Mentor and train junior consultants and client teams, supporting knowledge transfer and capability building.

Stay up to date with emerging Oracle technologies and industry best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Support pre-sales activities such as solution design, technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development.

Oversee technical delivery aspects of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Relevant Oracle certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or OCI Certified Architect.

Minimum 8+ years of experience working with Oracle technologies, with strong exposure to consulting and solution architecture.

In-depth knowledge of Oracle database administration, performance tuning, and security best practices.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including compute, storage, networking, and database services.

Proven expertise in data integration and migration strategies, including ETL tools and methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and resolve complex technical challenges.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
