Job Description:
Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams during installation and commissioning of fire protection systems.
Perform system testing and commissioning to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with fire protection systems, including conducting root cause analyses.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in fire protection technology to recommend innovative solutions.
Prepare technical reports and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Take initiative to improve underperforming projects in relation to operational activities, efficiency, processes, cost etc.
Ensure implementation of processes and procedures that are cost efficient and with due regard for safety, quality and productivity.
Carry out site inspections.
Audit budgets submitted for projects.
Audit site productivity and suggest ways to improve productivity.
Design and optimize fire fighting systems to meet requirements and local regulations.
Conduct site surveys and assess existing fire protection systems to identify areas for improvement.
Develop engineering calculations and simulations to determine optimal system design and performance.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure fire protection systems are integrated effectively with other building systems.
Review and approve design drawings and specifications for fire protection systems.

Qualification : Mechanical Engineering
UAE Driving license is preferred.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project teams and clients.
Attention to detail and ability to review technical drawings and specifications accurately.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and optimizing fire fighting systems.
Experience working in the construction or engineering industry, preferably with exposure to fire protection systems.
Strong knowledge of national and international fire protection codes and standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system issues.
