Job Details:
The domestic supervisor works closely with the operations team members, other supervisors and operations team leaders to ensure all processes and functions handled by the domestic team are
implemented per aramex quality of service standards to ensure providing a satisfactory service to customers

Job Responsibilities :
Typical duties included are but not limited to:

General:
Control, monitor and ensure that employees are not using unsafe practices while conducting their jobs.
Monitor and control data from Info AXS system to ensure timely and proper reporting.
Prepare, monitor and control action plans and audits for domestic team members to rectify any found discrepancies.
Monitor and control schedule of all the team members, arranges the shifts to ensure availability of adequate staffing.
Prepare, monitor and control all cash related shipments (CC or COD) are handled as per the standards and procedures in coordination with the accounting team to ensure proper handling of cash.

Outbound Operations:
Prepare, monitor and control client incidents and complaints in coordination with the customer service and domestic operations team members to ensure timely response to the client.
Communicate and coordinate with the customer account management teams in terms of capability and scheduling jobs to ensure timely action to the customer.
Prepare, monitor and control creating customized domestic services in coordination with the customer account management teams to ensure meeting customer needs for such services
Maintain effective communication with internal and external parties
Control and file all related documents such as HAWB copy and other related paper work for future references and as per the Record Retention Policy.
Monitor and control operations team members to ensure that the full outbound domestic cycle is done according to Aramex standards including weighing, coding, alerting, sorting and manifesting.
Prepare, monitor and control outbound analysis on performance for the warehouse staff (Warehouse related reports such as skeleton shipments, Shipments with no origin receipt scan and Pending in the warehouse) to ensure proper performance by team.

Inbound operations:
Maintain effective communication with internal and external parties
Control and file all related documents and paper work for future references and as per the Record Retention Policy
Communicate and Coordinate with the customer account management teams in terms of capability, and scheduling jobs to ensure timely action to the customer.
Monitor operations team members to ensure that the full inbound cycle is done according to Aramex standards including recovery, reconciliation, creating run sheets and entering Proof of Delivery in the system.
Prepare, monitor and control analysis on end of day performance for warehouse staff (Warehouse related reports such as Outstanding shipments, Pending in the warehouse, signature capturing and the discrepancy reports) to ensure proper performance by all teams.

Requirement:
MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
3 years’ experience in the operations
Bachelor Degree (Industrial Engineering is preferable)
English Proficiency
