Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings and online merchandising across multiple digital and third-party marketplaces.
- Ensure product information, descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and optimized.
- Develop merchandising strategies that improve customer experience and increase conversions.
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with supply chain teams to maintain stock accuracy.
- Analyze online sales performance, customer trends, and marketplace data to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase product visibility and online revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, logistics, and operations teams to support business goals.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to improve merchandising strategies.
- Prepare performance reports and present key insights to management.
- Maintain high merchandising standards while ensuring an engaging online shopping experience.
Required Skills
- Experience in online merchandising, e-commerce, or digital retail.
- Strong understanding of marketplace and e-commerce platform operations.
- Knowledge of product listing optimization and digital merchandising best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in online merchandising, e-commerce trading, or digital retail.
- Previous experience in the retail, toys, FMCG, or consumer goods industry is an advantage.
- Experience working with online marketplaces and digital commerce platforms is preferred.
