Position Summary:
We are seeking an individual to oversee merchandising and trading operations across M&S Ecommerce platforms and third-party channels. The primary focus will be on enhancing trade and user experience in the Clothing, Home, Beauty, and Food categories. This role entails ensuring exceptional customer experiences and collaborating with the Senior Online Merchandiser to implement M&S standards effectively.

Responsibilities:
Monitor web analytics according to established guidelines.
Develop improvement plans aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
Implement best practices online to facilitate a seamless transition from online to offline channels.
Oversee online merchandising activities, including category listing management.
Generate reports and analyze conversion metrics.
Utilize sales insights for demand management purposes.
Develop and execute SEO and PPC strategies/marketing plans.
Coordinate promotional activities effectively.
Maintain an engaging online presence through banners, blogs, and other dynamic content.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly with the Buying and brand teams.

Qualifications for the Role:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
3-6 years of experience in a similar field.
Previous experience in the same industry or within relevant product categories.
Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
Deep understanding of retail processes and operations.
Proficient in analytical and numerical skills, particularly in fast-paced Beauty and Skincare markets.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Experienced user of eCommerce content management systems.
