This role plays a key part in supporting aftersales operations by managing pricing activities, maintaining performance data, and overseeing system-related support. You will be responsible for producing accurate performance reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis, maintaining aftersales KPI databases, and handling service contract pricing. The role also acts as a point of contact for branch-level system queries and ensures prompt resolution through the service desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly aftersales performance reports with 100% accuracy and within agreed timelines.
- Provide foundational data to support annual target setting and strategic performance forecasting.
- Maintain and update the aftersales KPI database to support planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
- Develop and manage pricing proposals for corporate deals and tenders in alignment with customer requirements.
- Maintain and update parts pricing within service contracts, ensuring consistency with commercial terms.
- Create and deliver ad-hoc reports as requested by management, ensuring timeliness and data accuracy.
- Support branch service teams by resolving system-related issues and queries.
- Serve as the primary Service Desk contact for service contracts, ensuring timely frontline support and issue resolution.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Advanced data analysis, evaluation, and interpretation skills.
- Highly goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding performance targets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
- Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Proficient in SAP, Alteryx, Tableau, DataBricks, and highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on detail, communication, and collaboration.
About the Team
You will be part of a dynamic and diverse environment within the Automotive EV Aftersales division, reporting directly to the Head of Aftersales. The team operates in a fast-paced setting, focused on delivering data-driven solutions and high-performance service support.
