This position plays a key role in supporting the Aftersales department by effectively resolving SAP-related issues for front-end users, maintaining packages to drive revenue, managing backend data for seamless system integration, and leading process improvement projects. The role also involves collaboration across teams to ensure system efficiency and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage MIS (Management Information System) reports.
- Drive and implement change initiatives using SAP and other current or emerging technologies.
- Train and support managers across various locations in using SAP to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance improvement.
- Identify best practices within service workshops and standardise their implementation across all locations.
- Maintain SAP Master Data to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Calculate and process service staff incentives and commissions for submission to the finance department.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar SAP support or systems role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience with SAP is highly desirable
